Tamara Hicks
Founder and Transformation Coach
Tamara is the Founder and Transformational Coach for All Sisters United, LLC. She is on a mission to help women transform their careers, businesses, and lives. Tamara believes we are all destined for greatness, but the right type of support can change the direction of your life.
Tamara holds a Masters in Business Administration and has a unique 20+ year background in communication, leadership, business and education. Tamara is a married mother of three children. When she is not spending time with her family, she enjoys planning, crafting, reading and traveling.

Brandi Parker
Co-Founder and Career Coach
Brandi Parker is the co-founder and Career Coach of All Sisters United, LLC. She has been working in state government for twelve years. Her expertise is in career development, hiring, interviewing, employee engagement and training.
Ms. Parker currently holds a Lean Six Sigma green belt. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Accounting.
Ms. Parker is passionate about motivating others to reach their maximum potential. Her interests include reading, travel, and baking.
